Bookings and reservations

When you book a gaming station, you provide details such as a name, contact email, date, time slot, and station tier. A reservation is a request to hold a seat for the selected window; it is confirmed subject to availability. We hold a reserved tier for a short grace period past the start of your slot, after which the seat may be released to the live queue.

Rates and payment

Station rates and packages are shown on this website and may change over time. The rate that applies is the one in effect for your booking window at the time of your visit. Payment for a session is made at the club under the terms explained by staff when you check in.

Cancellations and changes

Plans change — if you need to cancel or move a reservation, let the club know as early as you can so the seat can be offered to another guest. We may adjust, reschedule, or release a booking where necessary to keep the hall running smoothly for everyone.

Using the stations

Stations, peripherals, and furniture are provided for your session and remain the property of the club. When you use them, you agree to:

• Treat the hardware, seating, and space with care and report any fault to staff.
• Not install, alter, damage, or attempt to bypass the systems or security on any station.
• Use the stations only for lawful purposes and not to access or share unlawful content.
• Look after your own belongings and any account details you sign in to during your session.

House conduct

The club is a shared space that runs around the clock. Guests are expected to follow the house rules posted on this website and the reasonable instructions of staff, including keeping noise down in quiet zones and leaving stations clean for the next player. We may refuse service or end a session for behavior that harms other guests, staff, or the venue.

Age and eligibility

Use of the stations is subject to the venue's minimum age requirements. Guests below the required age may need documented consent on file before they can play. Staff may ask for identification to confirm eligibility.

Entertainment only

The club provides gaming stations and a venue for entertainment. It is not a gambling venue, and nothing offered here involves wagering or games of chance for money or prizes of monetary value.

Liability

We work to keep the venue safe and the stations in good order, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not responsible for indirect or incidental loss, for interruptions outside our reasonable control, or for loss of your personal belongings or of data or progress in third-party games or accounts. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the club or this website changes. The version published on this website is the one that applies to your use of the booking service. Please review it from time to time.
